Resolution

The fix applies to HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows application, which will be launched via the HP Support Assistant application.

HP recommends that you to always choose to download and update HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows application when it prompts from HP Support Assistant.

HP also recommends that you update to the latest version of HP Support Assistant from the Microsoft Store and recommends keeping Microsoft Store updates turned on so that the application is always kept up to date.

HP recommends keeping your system up to date with the latest firmware and software.
