Resolution
Install SP142600.exe.
If your system requires this resolution, then installing SP142600.exe is advised. This update can be reinstalled over itself. HP recommends keeping your system up to date with the latest firmware and software.
Note:
Local administrator privileges are required to install the SoftPaq.
Follow the installation instructions to complete each prompt.
Affected products
Systems with Windows 11 are not impacted. Versions of Windows 10 21H2 and later are not impacted. Systems shipping with Windows 10 20H2 and earlier are affected and should implement the resolution above.
