Remediation/Fixes

IBM recommends instances which specify a non-default install.server.ssl.enabledProtocols property to upgrade to versions 7.0.5.9, 7.1.2.5, or 7.2.

Workarounds and Mitigations

Update the system JVM jdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms configuration value to disable any unwanted TLS protocols. See JVM documentation customization-disabled-restricted-cryptographic-algorithms for details.
