To remove duplicate lines in EmEditor, you can follow these steps:
- Open the document in EmEditor.
- Select the lines that you want to remove duplicates from.
- Click on the “Sort” button on the toolbar or go to the “Sort” menu and choose “Sort Ascending” or “Sort Descending“. This will arrange the selected lines in alphabetical or reverse alphabetical order.
- After sorting the lines, go to the “Edit” menu and select “Remove Duplicate Lines“. This will remove all the duplicate lines from the selected lines.
Alternatively, you can also use EmEditor’s built-in macro to remove duplicate lines. Here are the steps:
- Open the document in EmEditor.
