Yes, it is used to change the WordPress admin dashboard to night mode. So you can work at night as long as you want. Because of the comfort in your eyes and you won’t have to face itching on the white dashboard screen

Please change the name, you are misleading people. This is serious security issue. Your plugin can contain some virus (malware, adware, trojan) or at least you can get some private data from users
