Summary

We have already fixed the vulnerability in the following versions:

  • Multimedia Console 2.1.1 (2023/03/29) and later
  • Multimedia Console 1.4.7 (2023/03/20) and later

Updating Multimedia Console

  1. Log on to QTS as administrator.
  2. Open the App Center and then click .
    A search box appears.
  3. Type “Multimedia Console” and then press ENTER.
    Multimedia Console appears in the search results.
  4. Click Update.
    A confirmation message appears.
    Note: The Update button is not available if your version is already up to date.
  5. Click OK.
    The application is updated.
