GHSA-99pg-grm5-qq3v: Docker CLI leaks private registry credentials to registry-1.docker.io

## Impact A bug was found in the Docker CLI where running `docker login my-private-registry.example.com` with a misconfigured configuration file (typically `~/.docker/config.json`) listing a `credsStore` or `credHelpers` that could not be executed would result in any provided credentials being sent to `registry-1.docker.io` rather than the intended private registry. ## Patches This bug has been fixed in Docker CLI 20.10.9. GHSA-v994-f8vw-g7j4: `docker cp` allows unexpected chmod of host files in Moby Docker Engine

## Impact A bug was found in Moby (Docker Engine) where attempting to copy files using `docker cp` into a specially-crafted container can result in Unix file permission changes for existing files in the host’s filesystem, widening access to others. This bug does not directly allow files to be read, modified, or executed without an additional cooperating process. ## Patches This bug has been fixed in Moby (Docker Engine) 20.10.9. Users should update to this version as soon as possible. GHSA-69fp-7c8p-crjr: Keycloak exposes sensitive information in Pushed Authorization Requests (PAR)

A flaw was found in Keycloak in the OAuth 2.0 Pushed Authorization Requests (PAR). Client provided parameters were found to be included in plain text in the KC_RESTART cookie returned by the authorization server's HTTP response to a request_uri authorization request. This could lead to an information disclosure vulnerability.

GHSA-87m9-rv8p-rgmg: go-grpc-compression has a zstd decompression bombing vulnerability

### Impact A malicious user could cause a denial of service (DoS) when using a specially crafted gRPC request. The decompression mechanism for zstd did not respect the limits imposed by gRPC, allowing rapid memory usage increases. Versions v1.1.4 through to v1.2.2 made use of the Decoder.DecodeAll function in github.com/klauspost/compress/zstd to decompress data provided by the peer. The vulnerability is exploitable only by attackers who can send gRPC payloads to users of github.com/mostynb/go-grpc-compression/zstd or github.com/mostynb/go-grpc-compression/nonclobbering/zstd. ### Patches Version v1.2.3 of github.com/mostynb/go-grpc-compression avoids the issue by not using the Decoder.DecodeAll function in github.com/klauspost/compress/zstd.
