GHSA-q2c3-jpmc-gfjx: TensorFlow vulnerable to `CHECK` fail in `Conv2DBackpropInput`

### Impact The implementation of `Conv2DBackpropInput` requires `input_sizes` to be 4-dimensional. Otherwise, it gives a `CHECK` failure which can be used to trigger a denial of service attack: ```python import tensorflow as tf strides = [1, 1, 1, 1] padding = "SAME" use_cudnn_on_gpu = True explicit_paddings = [] data_format = "NHWC" dilations = [1, 1, 1, 1] input_sizes = tf.constant([65534,65534], shape=[2], dtype=tf.int32) filter = tf.constant(0.159749106, shape=[3,3,2,2], dtype=tf.float32) out_backprop = tf.constant(0, shape=[], dtype=tf.float32) tf.raw_ops.Conv2DBackpropInput(input_sizes=input_sizes, filter=filter, out_backprop=out_backprop, strides=strides, padding=padding, use_cudnn_on_gpu=use_cudnn_on_gpu, explicit_paddings=explicit_paddings, data_format=data_format, dilations=dilations) ``` ### Patches We have patched the issue in GitHub commit [50156d547b9a1da0144d7babe665cf690305b33c](https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/commit/50156d547b9a1da0144d7babe665cf690305b33c)....

CVE-2022-23743: ZoneAlarm Extreme Security release history official page

Check Point ZoneAlarm before version 15.8.200.19118 allows a local actor to escalate privileges during the upgrade process.

CVE-2023-2820: Proofpoint Threat Response / Threat Response Auto-Pull (PTR/TRAP) Information Disclosure | Proofpoint US

An information disclosure vulnerability in the?faye endpoint in Proofpoint Threat Response / Threat Response Auto-Pull (PTR/TRAP) could be used by an attacker on an adjacent network to obtain credentials to integrated services via a man-in-the-middle position or cryptanalysis of the session traffic. An attacker could use these credentials to impersonate PTR/TRAP to these services. All versions prior to 5.10.0 are affected.

CVE-2022-45854: Zyxel security advisory for DoS vulnerability of APs | Zyxel Networks

An improper check for unusual conditions in Zyxel NWA110AX firmware verisons prior to 6.50(ABTG.0)C0, which could allow a LAN attacker to cause a temporary denial-of-service (DoS) by sending crafted VLAN frames if the MAC address of the vulnerable AP were intercepted by the attacker.

CVE-2023-31428: Support Content Notification - Support Portal - Broadcom support portal

Brocade Fabric OS before Brocade Fabric OS v9.1.1c, v9.2.0 contains a vulnerability in the command line that could allow a local user to dump files under user's home directory using grep.

CVE-2021-20421: Security Bulletin: IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management is vulnerable(Server-Side Request Forgery vulnerability) when requesting resource over an API endpoint to verify URls from target application se

IBM Jazz Team Server 6.0.6, 6.0.6.1, 7.0, 7.0.1, and 7.0.2 is vulnerable to server-side request forgery (SSRF). This may allow an authenticated attacker to send unauthorized requests from the system, potentially leading to network enumeration or facilitating other attacks.

CVE-2022-34162: IBM CICS TX Standard is vulnerable to a remote attacker hijacking the clicking action of a victim (CVE-2022-34162).

IBM CICS TX 11.1 could allow a remote attacker to hijack the clicking action of the victim. By persuading a victim to visit a malicious Web site, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to hijack the victim's click actions and possibly launch further attacks against the victim. IBM X-Force ID: 229332.

CVE-2020-4497: Security Bulletin: IBM Spectrum Protect Plus vulnerability discloses sensitive information due to unencrypted data in transit (CVE-2020-4497)

IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.0 through 10.1.12 discloses sensitive information due to unencrypted data being used in the communication flow between Spectrum Protect Plus vSnap and its agents. An attacker could obtain information using main in the middle techniques. IBM X-Force ID: 182106.

CVE-2023-27290: Security Bulletin: Docker based datastores for IBM Instana do not currently require authentication

Docker based datastores for IBM Instana (IBM Observability with Instana 239-0 through 239-2, 241-0 through 241-2, and 243-0) do not currently require authentication. Due to this, an attacker within the network could access the datastores with read/write access. IBM X-Force ID: 248737.

CVE-2021-29864: Security Bulletin: A security vulnerability has been fixed in IBM Security Identity Manager (CVE-2021-29864)

IBM Security Identity Manager 6.0 and 6.0.2 could allow a remote attacker to conduct phishing attacks, using an open redirect attack. By persuading a victim to visit a specially crafted Web site, a remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to spoof the URL displayed to redirect a user to a malicious Web site that would appear to be trusted. This could allow the attacker to obtain highly sensitive information or conduct further attacks against the victim. IBM X-Force ID: 206089
