GHSA-53v4-42fg-g287: Apache ActiveMQ Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability

Once an user is authenticated on Jolokia, he can potentially trigger arbitrary code execution.  In details, in ActiveMQ configurations, jetty allows org.jolokia.http.AgentServlet to handler request to /api/jolokia org.jolokia.http.HttpRequestHandler#handlePostRequest is able to create JmxRequest through JSONObject. And calls to org.jolokia.http.HttpRequestHandler#executeRequest. Into deeper calling stacks, org.jolokia.handler.ExecHandler#doHandleRequest is able to invoke through refection. And then, RCE is able to be achieved via jdk.management.jfr.FlightRecorderMXBeanImpl which exists on Java version above 11. 1 Call newRecording. 2 Call setConfiguration. And a webshell data hides in it. 3 Call startRecording. 4 Call copyTo method. The webshell will be written to a .jsp file. The mitigation is to restrict (by default) the actions authorized on Jolokia, or disable Jolokia. A more restrictive Jolokia configuration has been defined in default ActiveMQ distribution. We encourage ...

Fortra Digital Guardian Agent Uninstaller Cross Site Scripting / UninstallKey Cached

The uninstaller in Fortra Digital Guardian Agent versions prior to 7.9.4 suffers from a cross site scripting vulnerability. Additionally, the Agent Uninstaller handles sensitive data insecurely and caches the Uninstall key in memory. This key can be used to stop or uninstall the application. This allows a locally authenticated attacker with administrative privileges to disable the application temporarily or even remove the application from the system completely.

CVE-2023-6359: Cross-Site Scripting in Alumne LMS

A Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability has been found in Alumne LMS affecting version 4.0.0.1.08. An attacker could exploit the 'localidad' parameter to inject a custom JavaScript payload and partially take over another user's browser session, due to the lack of proper sanitisation of the 'localidad' field on the /users/editmy page.

GHSA-jjfh-589g-3hjx: Spring Boot denial of service vulnerability

In Spring Boot versions 2.7.0 - 2.7.17, 3.0.0-3.0.12 and 3.1.0-3.1.5, it is possible for a user to provide specially crafted HTTP requests that may cause a denial-of-service (DoS) condition. Specifically, an application is vulnerable when all of the following are true: * the application uses Spring MVC or Spring WebFlux * org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-actuator is on the classpath

GHSA-q24v-hpg3-v3jp: Reactor Netty HTTP Server denial of service vulnerability

In Reactor Netty HTTP Server, versions 1.1.x prior to 1.1.13 and versions 1.0.x prior to 1.0.39, it is possible for a user to provide specially crafted HTTP requests that may cause a denial-of-service (DoS) condition. Specifically, an application is vulnerable if Reactor Netty HTTP Server built-in integration with Micrometer is enabled.

GHSA-v94h-hvhg-mf9h: Spring Framework vulnerable to denial of service

In Spring Framework versions 6.0.0 - 6.0.13, it is possible for a user to provide specially crafted HTTP requests that may cause a denial-of-service (DoS) condition. Specifically, an application is vulnerable when all of the following are true: * the application uses Spring MVC or Spring WebFlux * io.micrometer:micrometer-core is on the classpath * an ObservationRegistry is configured in the application to record observations Typically, Spring Boot applications need the org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-actuator dependency to meet all conditions.

CVE-2023-4220: Security issues - Chamilo LMS

Unrestricted file upload in big file upload functionality in `/main/inc/lib/javascript/bigupload/inc/bigUpload.php` in Chamilo LMS <= v1.11.24 allows unauthenticated attackers to perform stored cross-site scripting attacks and obtain remote code execution via uploading of web shell.

CVE-2023-4226: Security issues - Chamilo LMS

Unrestricted file upload in `/main/inc/ajax/work.ajax.php` in Chamilo LMS <= v1.11.24 allows authenticated attackers with learner role to obtain remote code execution via uploading of PHP files.

CVE-2023-4222: Security issues - Chamilo LMS

Command injection in `main/lp/openoffice_text_document.class.php` in Chamilo LMS <= v1.11.24 allows users permitted to upload Learning Paths to obtain remote code execution via improper neutralisation of special characters.
