GHSA-r3jh-qhgj-gvr8: Denial of service in neutron

An uncontrolled resource consumption flaw was found in openstack-neutron. This flaw allows a remote authenticated user to query a list of security groups for an invalid project. This issue creates resources that are unconstrained by the user's quota. If a malicious user were to submit a significant number of requests, this could lead to a denial of service.

GHSA-m8v7-469p-5x89: Hard-coded System User Credentials in Folio Data Export Spring module

### Impact The module creates a system user that is used to perform internal module-to-module operations. Credentials for this user are hard-coded in the source code. This makes it trivial to authenticate as this user, allowing unauthorized read access to these mod-inventory-storage records: instances, holdings, items, contributor-types, identifier-types. GHSA-xqr8-7jwr-rhp7: Removal of e-Tugra root certificate

Certifi 2023.07.22 removes root certificates from "e-Tugra" from the root store. These are in the process of being removed from Mozilla's trust store. e-Tugra's root certificates are being removed pursuant to an investigation prompted by reporting of security issues in their systems. GHSA-vh2g-6c4x-5hmp: Path traversal and code execution via prototype vulnerability

### Impact Due to the use of the [object destructuring assignment](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Operators/Destructuring_assignment) syntax in the user export code path, combined with a path traversal vulnerability, a specially crafted payload could invoke the user export logic to arbitrarily execute javascript files on the local disk. ### Patches Patched in v2.8.7 ### Workarounds Site maintainers can cherry pick ec58700f6dff8e5b4af1544f6205ec362b593092 into their codebase to patch the exploit.

GHSA-mmx5-32m4-wxvx: Ineffective privileges drop when requesting container network

### Impact Fix https://github.com/apptainer/apptainer/pull/1523 included in Apptainer 1.2.0-rc.2 has introduced an ineffective privilege drop when requesting container network setup, therefore subsequent functions are called with root privileges. The attack surface is rather limited for users but an attacker could possibly craft a starter config to delete any directory on the host filesystems. Only affects setuid installations of Apptainer. ### Patches The security fix https://github.com/apptainer/apptainer/pull/1578 has been included in Apptainer 1.2.1 ### Workarounds There is no known workaround outside of upgrading to Apptainer 1.2.1

Deserialization of Untrusted Data Vulnerability in Apache Software Foundation Apache InLong.This issue affects Apache InLong: from 1.4.0 through 1.7.0.  The attacker could bypass the current logic and achieve arbitrary file reading. To solve it, users are advised to upgrade to Apache InLong's 1.8.0 or cherry-pick https://github.com/apache/inlong/pull/8130 .

Improper Neutralization of Special Elements Used in an SQL Command ('SQL Injection') vulnerability in Apache Software Foundation Apache InLong.This issue affects Apache InLong: from 1.4.0 through 1.7.0.  In the toAuditCkSql method, the groupId, streamId, auditId, and dt are directly concatenated into the SQL query statement, which may lead to SQL injection attacks. The attacker could use general users to delete and update the process, which only the admin can operate occurrences.  Users are advised to upgrade to Apache InLong's 1.8.0 or cherry-pick https://github.com/apache/inlong/pull/8109  to solve it.

GHSA-rfhg-rjfp-9q8q: Potential denial of service after connection migration

### Impact An issue in s2n-quic results in the endpoint shutting down due to a combination of peer-initiated connection migration and duplicate new connection ID frames being received. No AWS services are affected by this issue, and customers of AWS services do not need to take action. Impacted versions: <=v1.24.0 ### Patches The patch is included in v1.25.0. ### Workarounds There is no workaround. Applications using s2n-quic should upgrade their application to the most recent release of s2n-quic.
