CVE-2021-27379: 366 - Xen Security Advisories

An issue was discovered in Xen through 4.11.x, allowing x86 Intel HVM guest OS users to achieve unintended read/write DMA access, and possibly cause a denial of service (host OS crash) or gain privileges. This occurs because a backport missed a flush, and thus IOMMU updates were not always correct. NOTE: this issue exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2020-15565.

CVE-2021-26932: 361 - Xen Security Advisories

An issue was discovered in the Linux kernel 3.2 through 5.10.16, as used by Xen. Grant mapping operations often occur in batch hypercalls, where a number of operations are done in a single hypercall, the success or failure of each one is reported to the backend driver, and the backend driver then loops over the results, performing follow-up actions based on the success or failure of each operation. Unfortunately, when running in PV mode, the Linux backend drivers mishandle this: Some errors are ignored, effectively implying their success from the success of related batch elements. In other cases, errors resulting from one batch element lead to further batch elements not being inspected, and hence successful ones to not be possible to properly unmap upon error recovery. Only systems with Linux backends running in PV mode are vulnerable. Linux backends run in HVM / PVH modes are not vulnerable. This affects arch/*/xen/p2m.c and drivers/xen/gntdev.c.

CVE-2021-20066: JSDom Improper Loading of Local Resources

JSDom improperly allows the loading of local resources, which allows for local files to be manipulated by a malicious web page when script execution is enabled.

CVE-2021-20987: VDE-2021-007 | CERT@VDE

A denial of service and memory corruption vulnerability was found in Hilscher EtherNet/IP Core V2 prior to V2.13.0.21that may lead to code injection through network or make devices crash without recovery.

CVE-2021-20986: 2020-12-03 Denial of Service vulnerability in PROFINET IO Device - Hilscher Cyber Security

A Denial of Service vulnerability was found in Hilscher PROFINET IO Device V3 in versions prior to V3.14.0.7. This may lead to unexpected loss of cyclic communication or interruption of acyclic communication.

CVE-2020-28871: Authorization Bypass and Remote Code Execution in Monitorr 1.7.6 – Lyhins' Lab

Remote code execution in Monitorr v1.7.6m in upload.php allows an unauthorized person to execute arbitrary code on the server-side via an insecure file upload.

CVE-2021-21303: Unsanitized data displayed directly to user's terminal

Helm is open-source software which is essentially "The Kubernetes Package Manager". Helm is a tool for managing Charts. Charts are packages of pre-configured Kubernetes resources. In Helm from version 3.0 and before version 3.5.2, there a few cases where data loaded from potentially untrusted sources was not properly sanitized. When a SemVer in the `version` field of a chart is invalid, in some cases Helm allows the string to be used "as is" without sanitizing. Helm fails to properly sanitized some fields present on Helm repository `index.yaml` files. Helm does not properly sanitized some fields in the `plugin.yaml` file for plugins In some cases, Helm does not properly sanitize the fields in the `Chart.yaml` file. By exploiting these attack vectors, core maintainers were able to send deceptive information to a terminal screen running the `helm` command, as well as obscure or alter information on the screen. In some cases, we could send codes that terminals used to execute higher-order...

CVE-2021-1243: Cisco Security Advisory: Cisco IOS XR Software SNMP Management Plane Protection ACL Bypass Vulnerability

A vulnerability in the Local Packet Transport Services (LPTS) programming of the SNMP with the management plane protection feature of Cisco IOS XR Software could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to allow connections despite the management plane protection that is configured to deny access to the SNMP server of an affected device. This vulnerability is due to incorrect LPTS programming when using SNMP with management plane protection. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by connecting to an affected device using SNMP. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to connect to the device on the configured SNMP ports. Valid credentials are required to execute any of the SNMP requests.
