Debian Security Advisory 5382-1

Debian Linux Security Advisory 5382-1 - It was reported that cairosvg, a SVG converter based on Cairo, can send requests to external hosts when processing specially crafted SVG files with external file resource loading. An attacker can take advantage of this flaw to perform a server-side request forgery or denial of service. Fetching of external files is disabled by default with this update.

CVE-2023-28849: Release 10.0.7 · glpi-project/glpi

GLPI is a free asset and IT management software package. Starting in version 10.0.0 and prior to version 10.0.7, GLPI inventory endpoint can be used to drive a SQL injection attack. It can also be used to store malicious code that could be used to perform XSS attack. By default, GLPI inventory endpoint requires no authentication. Version 10.0.7 contains a patch for this issue. As a workaround, disable native inventory.

CVE-2023-20030: Cisco Security Advisory: Cisco Identity Services Engine XML External Entity Injection Vulnerability

A vulnerability in the web-based management interface of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to access sensitive information, conduct a server-side request forgery (SSRF) attack through an affected device, or negatively impact the responsiveness of the web-based management interface itself. This vulnerability is due to improper handling of XML External Entity (XXE) entries when parsing certain XML files. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by uploading a crafted XML file that contains references to external entities. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to retrieve files from the local system, resulting in the disclosure of confidential information. A successful exploit could also cause the web application to perform arbitrary HTTP requests on behalf of the attacker or consume memory resources to reduce the availability of the web-based management interface. To successfully exploit this vulnerability, an attacker would ne...

CVE-2023-28632: Release 9.5.13 · glpi-project/glpi

GLPI is a free asset and IT management software package. Starting in version 0.83 and prior to versions 9.5.13 and 10.0.7, an authenticated user can modify emails of any user, and can therefore takeover another user account through the "forgotten password" feature. By modifying emails, the user can also receive sensitive data through GLPI notifications. Versions 9.5.13 and 10.0.7 contain a patch for this issue. As a workaround, account takeover can be prevented by deactivating all notifications related to `Forgotten password?` event. However, it will not prevent unauthorized modification of any user emails.

GHSA-vq5h-qgxm-2m39: Jenkins Crap4J Plugin vulnerable to XML external entity (XXE) attacks

Jenkins Crap4J Plugin 0.9 and earlier does not configure its XML parser to prevent XML external entity (XXE) attacks. This allows attackers able to control Crap Report file contents to have Jenkins parse a crafted XML document that uses external entities for extraction of secrets from the Jenkins controller or server-side request forgery.

GHSA-8j88-2hfc-5rf3: Jenkins Visual Studio Code Metrics Plugin vulnerable to XML external entity (XXE) attacks

Jenkins Visual Studio Code Metrics Plugin 1.7 and earlier does not configure its XML parser to prevent XML external entity (XXE) attacks. This allows attackers able to control VS Code Metrics File contents to have Jenkins parse a crafted XML document that uses external entities for extraction of secrets from the Jenkins controller or server-side request forgery.

GHSA-w4g6-8xqp-g92m: Jenkins Phabricator Differential Plugin vulnerable to XML external entity (XXE) attacks

Jenkins Phabricator Differential Plugin 2.1.5 and earlier does not configure its XML parser to prevent XML external entity (XXE) attacks. This allows attackers able to control coverage report file contents for the 'Post to Phabricator' post-build action to have Jenkins parse a crafted XML document that uses external entities for extraction of secrets from the Jenkins controller or server-side request forgery.

GHSA-qgm7-m77f-j8pf: Jenkins Performance Publisher Plugin vulnerable to XML external entity (XXE) attacks

Jenkins Performance Publisher Plugin 8.09 and earlier does not configure its XML parser to prevent XML external entity (XXE) attacks. This allows attackers able to control PerfPublisher report files to have Jenkins parse a crafted XML document that uses external entities for extraction of secrets from the Jenkins controller or server-side request forgery.

CVE-2023-28677: Jenkins Security Advisory 2023-03-21

Jenkins Convert To Pipeline Plugin 1.0 and earlier uses basic string concatenation to convert Freestyle projects' Build Environment, Build Steps, and Post-build Actions to the equivalent Pipeline step invocations, allowing attackers able to configure Freestyle projects to prepare a crafted configuration that injects Pipeline script code into the (unsandboxed) Pipeline resulting from a convertion by Jenkins Convert To Pipeline Plugin.

CVE-2023-28672: Jenkins Security Advisory 2023-03-21

Jenkins OctoPerf Load Testing Plugin Plugin 4.5.1 and earlier does not perform a permission check in a connection test HTTP endpoint, allowing attackers with Overall/Read permission to connect to an attacker-specified URL using attacker-specified credentials IDs obtained through another method, capturing credentials stored in Jenkins.
