GHSA-8wx3-324g-w4qq: OpenSearch uncontrolled resource consumption

### Impact An issue has been identified with how OpenSearch handled incoming requests on the HTTP layer. An unauthenticated user could force an OpenSearch node to exit with an OutOfMemory error by sending a moderate number of malformed HTTP requests. The issue was identified by Elastic Engineering and corresponds to security advisory [ESA-2023-13](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/elasticsearch-8-9-0-7-17-13-security-update/343616) (CVE-2023-31418). ### Mitigation Versions 1.3.14 and 2.11.0 contain a fix for this issue. ### For more information If you have any questions or comments about this advisory, please contact AWS/Amazon Security via our issue reporting page (https://aws.amazon.com/security/vulnerability-reporting/) or directly via email to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]). Please do not create a public GitHub issue.

GHSA-267v-3v32-g6q5: Cross-site Scripting via missing Binding syntax validation

### Impact The package does not validate the ACS Location URI according to the SAML binding being parsed. If abused, this flaw allows attackers to register malicious Service Providers at the IdP and inject Javascript in the ACS endpoint definition, achieving Cross-Site-Scripting (XSS) in the IdP context during the redirection at the end of a SAML SSO Flow. Consequently, an attacker may perform any authenticated action as the victim once the victim’s browser loaded the SAML IdP initiated SSO link for the malicious service provider. Note: The severity is considered “High” because the SP registration is commonly an unrestricted operation in IdPs, hence not requiring particular permissions or publicly accessible to ease the IdP interoperability. ### Patches This issue is fixed in 0.4.14 ### Workarounds Users of the package can perform external validation of URLs provided in SAML metadata, or restrict the ability for end-users to upload arbitrary metadata. ### References This iss...

GHSA-3m5q-q39v-xf8f: nocodb SQL Injection vulnerability

## Summary Nocodb contains SQL injection vulnerability, that allows an authenticated attacker with creator access to query the underlying database. ## Product nocodb/nocodb ## Tested Version [0.109.2](https://github.com/nocodb/nocodb/releases/tag/0.109.2) ## Details ### SQL injection in `SqliteClient.ts` (`GHSL-2023-141`) By supplying a specially crafted payload to the given below parameter and endpoint, an attacker can inject arbitrary SQL queries to be executed. Since this is a blind SQL injections, an attacker may need to use time-based payloads which would include a function to delay execution for a given number of seconds. The response time indicates, whether the result of the query execution was true or false. Depending on the result, the HTTP response will be returned after a given number of seconds, indicating TRUE, or immediately, indicating FALSE. In that way, an attacker can reveal the data present in the database. The [`triggerList`](https://github.com/nocodb/nocodb...

GHSA-v9hx-v6vf-g36j: WebAuthn4J Spring Security Improper signature counter value handling

Improper signature counter value handling ### Impact A flaw was found in webauthn4j-spring-security-core. When an authneticator returns an incremented signature counter value during authentication, webauthn4j-spring-security-core does not properly persist the value, which means cloned authenticator detection does not work. An attacker who cloned valid authenticator in some way can use the cloned authenticator without being detected. ### Patches Please upgrade to `com.webauthn4j:webauthn4j-spring-security-core:0.9.1.RELEASE` ### References For more details about WebAuthn signature counters, see [WebAuthn specification 6.1.1. Signature Counter Considerations](https://www.w3.org/TR/2021/REC-webauthn-2-20210408/#sctn-sign-counter). ### Reporter This issue was discovered by Michael Budnick (@mbudnick)

GHSA-h2rm-29ch-wfmh: XWiki Identity Oauth Privilege escalation (PR)/remote code execution from login screen through unescaped URL parameter

### Impact When login via the OAuth method, the identityOAuth parameters, sent in a GET request is vulnerable to XSS and XWiki syntax injection. This allows remote code execution via the groovy macro and thus affects the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the whole XWiki installation. The vulnerability is in [this part](https://github.com/xwikisas/identity-oauth/blob/master/ui/src/main/resources/IdentityOAuth/LoginUIExtension.vm#L58) of the code. ### Patches The issue has been fixed in Identity OAuth version 1.6 by https://github.com/xwikisas/identity-oauth/commit/d805d3154b17c6bf455ddf5deb0a3461a3833bc6 . The fix is in the content of the [IdentityOAuth/LoginUIExtension](https://github.com/xwikisas/identity-oauth/commit/d805d3154b17c6bf455ddf5deb0a3461a3833bc6#diff-2ab2e0716443d790d7d798320e4a45151661f4eca5440331f4a227b29c87c188) file ### Workarounds There are no known workarounds besides upgrading. ### References _Are there any links users can visit to find out more?...

CVE-2023-45358: Archer Update for Multiple Vulnerabilities

Archer Platform 6.x before 6.13 P2 HF2 (6.13.0.2.2) contains a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. A remote authenticated malicious Archer user could potentially exploit this vulnerability to store malicious HTML or JavaScript code in a trusted application data store. When victim users access the data store through their browsers, the malicious code gets executed by the web browser in the context of the vulnerable application. 6.14 (6.14.0) is also a fixed release.

GHSA-f776-w9v2-7vfj: XWiki Change Request Application UI XSS and remote code execution through change request title

### Impact It's possible for a user without any specific right to perform script injection and remote code execution just by inserting an appropriate title when creating a new Change Request. This vulnerability is particularly critical as Change Request aims at being created by user without any particular rights. ### Patches The vulnerability has been fixed in Change Request 1.9.2. ### Workarounds It's possible to workaround the issue without upgrading by editing the document `ChangeRequest.Code.ChangeRequestSheet` and by performing the same change as in the commit: https://github.com/xwiki-contrib/application-changerequest/commit/7565e720117f73102f5a276239eabfe85e15cff4. ### References * JIRA ticket: https://jira.xwiki.org/browse/CRAPP-298 * Commit of the fix: https://github.com/xwiki-contrib/application-changerequest/commit/7565e720117f73102f5a276239eabfe85e15cff4 ### For more information If you have any questions or comments about this advisory: * Open an issue in [J...
