All Dell EMC Integrated System for Microsoft Azure Stack Hub users are advised to disable their JEA account as soon as possible until a full remedy is available.

1.  Log in to your Hardware Lifecycle Host operating system with an Administrator user.
2.  Right-click the windows icon at the bottom left and select **Computer Management**.
3.  Select '**Local Users and Groups**' > '**Users**'.
4.  Right-click your JEA account, and select **Properties**.
5.  Check the box **Account is disabled** and click **Apply** and **Ok**.
6.  Verify that your JEA user account is properly disabled by taking note of the **down arrow** on the icon to the left of the account name.
7.  Log in to your DellEMC-MGMTVM with an Administrator user account.
8.  Repeat steps 2-6.
