CVE-2023-38490: XML External Entity (XXE) vulnerability in the XML data handler

Kirby is a content management system. A vulnerability in versions prior to 3.5.8.3, 3.6.6.3, 3.7.5.2, 3.8.4.1, and 3.9.6 only affects Kirby sites that use the `Xml` data handler (e.g. `Data::decode($string, 'xml')`) or the `Xml::parse()` method in site or plugin code. The Kirby core does not use any of the affected methods. XML External Entities (XXE) is a little used feature in the XML markup language that allows to include data from external files in an XML structure. If the name of the external file can be controlled by an attacker, this becomes a vulnerability that can be abused for various system impacts like the disclosure of internal or confidential data that is stored on the server (arbitrary file disclosure) or to perform network requests on behalf of the server (server-side request forgery, SSRF). Kirby's `Xml::parse()` method used PHP's `LIBXML_NOENT` constant, which enabled the processing of XML external entities during the parsing operation. The `Xml::parse()` method is ...

Ubuntu Security Notice USN-6243-1

Ubuntu Security Notice 6243-1 - It was discovered that Graphite-Web incorrectly handled certain inputs. If a user or an automated system were tricked into opening a specially crafted input file, a remote attacker could possibly use this issue to perform server-side request forgery and obtain sensitive information. This issue only affected Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. It was discovered that Graphite-Web incorrectly handled certain inputs. If a user or an automated system were tricked into opening a specially crafted input file, a remote attacker could possibly use this issue to perform cross site scripting and obtain sensitive information.

CVE-2021-35391: Deskpro | Helpdesk Software | Cloud or On-Premise

Server Side Request Forgery vulnerability found in Deskpro Support Desk v2021.21.6 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code via a crafted URL.

CVE-2023-37290: 英福達科技 電子公文系統 - Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF)

InfoDoc Document On-line Submission and Approval System lacks sufficient restrictions on the available tags within its HTML to PDF conversion function, and allowing an unauthenticated attackers to load remote or local resources through HTML tags such as iframe. This vulnerability allows unauthenticated remote attackers to perform Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) attacks, gaining unauthorized access to arbitrary system files and uncovering the internal network topology.

CVE-2023-29260: Express for UNIX is vulnerable to server-side request forgery (SSRF)

IBM Sterling Connect:Express for UNIX 1.5 is vulnerable to server-side request forgery (SSRF). This may allow an authenticated attacker to send unauthorized requests from the system, potentially leading to network enumeration or facilitating other attacks. IBM X-Force ID: 252135.

GHSA-g4c3-4f3v-84x8: Jenkins External Monitor Job Type Plugin XML external entity vulnerability

Jenkins External Monitor Job Type Plugin 206.v9a_94ff0b_4a_10 and earlier does not configure its XML parser to prevent XML external entity (XXE) attacks. This allows attackers with Item/Build permission to have Jenkins parse a crafted HTTP request with XML data that uses external entities for extraction of secrets from the Jenkins controller or server-side request forgery. External Monitor Job Type Plugin 207.v98a_a_37a_85525 disables external entity resolution for its XML parser.

CVE-2023-37944: Jenkins Security Advisory 2023-07-12

A missing permission check in Jenkins Datadog Plugin 5.4.1 and earlier allows attackers with Overall/Read permission to connect to an attacker-specified URL using attacker-specified credentials IDs obtained through another method, capturing credentials stored in Jenkins.

CVE-2023-37961: Jenkins Security Advisory 2023-07-12

A cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in Jenkins Assembla Auth Plugin 1.14 and earlier allows attackers to trick users into logging in to the attacker's account.

CVE-2023-37942: Jenkins Security Advisory 2023-07-12

Jenkins External Monitor Job Type Plugin 206.v9a_94ff0b_4a_10 and earlier does not configure its XML parser to prevent XML external entity (XXE) attacks.

CVE-2023-37957: Jenkins Security Advisory 2023-07-12

A cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in Jenkins Pipeline restFul API Plugin 0.11 and earlier allows attackers to connect to an attacker-specified URL, capturing a newly generated JCLI token.
